Function-intensifying and procedure-managing in water pollution

There are four tasks in the project, including data collection and system management, water pollution report procedure evaluation and simplification, strengthening the system tools for pollution tracking, water quality and pollution events management, and visualization of water quality protection related open data. In the first task, water quality, water quantity and its facilities details, and other data had been collected and renewed manually or automatically in the database. To ensure all functions works smoothly, more than 20 times of system maintenance and 6 times of training courses had been carried out. The electronic manual had been provided to help user solve problems. To improve water pollution reporting procedure, we evaluated the reporting mechanism and platform tools, and encountered that the adding rules of time control and combination of electronic form of emergency reporting and water quality abnormal in the current reporting mechanism can increase the integration of system operation process. We hope to establish water pollution incident portfolios in the future. As for strengthening the system tools for pollution tracking, water quality and pollution events management, the project had provided system computing functions, or spatial location query in pollution reduction calculations required for policy or assessment. However, the spatial extent and boundary of the pollution collection area used for calculation still require the assistance of all levels of environmental protection agencies to confirm the boundary. In terms of automatic analysis of water quality monitoring data, the project had confirmed the principle of water quality abnormal and completed water quality data analysis, and established related tools such as pass rate, over-standard list, water quality change comparison signal and reports. In addition, the project had also completed the establishment the abnormal reply review interface. The last task, visualization of water quality protection related open data, had been completed the construction of the inquiry interface and the various query function modules, including the industrial public information, the continuous wastewater monitoring data query, biogas slurry irrigation inquiry, on-site water treatment facility inquiry, river patrol inquiry and river ecological investigation inquiry.
